Fortnite has originally blocked from the US App Store in 2020, kicking off the ongoing years-long legal feud between Apple and Epic Games, which accused the iPhone maker of antitrust violations.
Apple and Epic appealed, for different reasons, but the Supreme Court declined last year to review the case. Fortnite was also kicked off the App Store for users in the European Union in 2020.
As of now, "Fortnite" will not appear if searched on the App Store. However, the game can be downloaded on iPhone and iPad via a link shared in the post announcing the return.
