Jamie Carragher ’s foundation has donated £10,000 to a fund set up to support victims of last week’s Liverpool parade incident.
Police have said the incident, which left a total of 79 people injured, was isolated and not an act of terrorism.
Paul Doyle, 53, of the West Derby area of Liverpool, is due to appear at the city’s magistrates’ court on Friday.
