"Love Island" contestant Cashel Barnett is accused of assaulting his ex in front of their child and was being held without bail in a Utah jail Monday.

Cashel Barnett, 34, was charged with aggravated assault and domestic violence in the presence of a child, both third-degree felonies.

A "Love Island" star faces charges, including felony assault, in a domestic violence case involving strangulation and further assault in Salt Lake City.
