One young receiver has stood out to Adams during his first week in camp: Seventh-round rookie Konata Mumpfied. Adams told reporters at training camp over the weekend that he feels like "a proud dad watching him out there" because of how Mumpfied continues to learn and grow his game in such a short amount of time.

It was a better day for the Rams offense where Puka Nacua made a couple of terrific catches and the backup RBs broke off some long runs.
