The Spanish centre-forward has agreed to join Sunderland on a season-long loan, says the Daily Mail. Guiu joined Chelsea a year ago from Barcelona after rejecting new terms tabled by the Catalans. He scored six goals in 16 matches during his first season at Stamford Bridge.
