The PGA Tour FedEx Cup Playoffs begin on Aug. 7 with the FedEx St. Jude Championship at the TPC Southwind in Memphis. Except No. 2 Rory McIlroy, all of the players among the top 70 on the points list are present and ready to go. Cameron Young's victory last week in the Wyndham Championship capped the regular season.

First round tee times for the FedEx St. Jude Championship PGA Tour tournament for August 7 at TPC Southwind have been announced, with players in twosomes going off of the first tee. Since there are an odd number of players this week, Matti Schmid will tee off in a solo "group" at 7:20 a.m. Thursday to open play.
