CBRE arranged the sale of a 200,000-sq.-ft. industrial property located at 18045 Rowland Street in the City of Industry, California.

US-based private equity company Roark Capital has acquired fast-casual restaurant chain Dave's Hot Chicken for $1bn, as reported by The Associated Press. In February 2025, Roark Capital announced that it was in talks to buy the chain.

Roark Capital, a private equity firm that also owns Subway, has acquired a majority stake in Dave's Hot Chicken for about $1 billion.
