A new face to Alabama this year, Brody Dalton enters his redshirt senior season with the Crimson Tide after transferring from Troy.

Bear Fretwell, a 2026 offensive tackle recruit, has flipped his commitment from Georgia Tech to Alabama, he told Rivals on Friday. Fretwell is 6-foot-7, 290-pound offensive lineman from Georgia. The 247Sports Composite ranks him as a three-star prospect and the No. 55 offensive tackle in the class and the No. 622 player overall.

According to a social media post Thursday night, one of the Alabama Crimson Tide's top 2026 football commits has officially shut down their recruitment. That prospect is highly-touted linebacker Xavier Griffin, who made the announcement Thursday night via a post on social media.
