Stars general manager Jim Nill named finalist for NHL’s Jim Gregory GM of the Year Award
The mind behind the construction of the Dallas Stars roster is once again a finalist for the league’s Jim Gregory General Manager of the Year Award, the team announced Friday. Nill has won the award the past two seasons, and this is his fifth time as a finalist.

Nill's Stars eliminated the Jets in six games during the second round and are back in the Western Conference final for the third straight season. Nill also has a chance at winning the Jim Gregory Award for the third straight time as well after earning the honor in 2022-23 and 2023-24.
