Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Scotty Miller had his contract expire. Miller is now a free agent after it expired and can sign with any team. The Steelers released Miller late in the season and re-signed him to the practice squad. He was elevated for the team’s game against the Baltimore Ravens, however, he did not play.

The Ravens are expected to be without Zay Flowers for Sunday's game against the Bills, so they have added a wide receiver to the roster.
