President Donald Trump vowed to be the savior of New York City as he declared war on the Democratic Party’s nominee for mayor — a man who won overwhelming support from primary voters in a democratic election.

Democratic mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani could clinch victory Tuesday when the New York City Board of Elections releases the first look at the ranked-choice voting results from the June 24 primary.

Tuesday’s release includes ranked choice tabulations of all in-person votes and mail-in votes received and processed by Election Day. The BOE will continue to release tabulations for any remaining ballots, including cured affidavit ballots, on a weekly basis.
