STORY: The probe into last month's Air India plane crash is far from over.That's what airline CEO Campbell Wilson wrote in an internal memo Monday.He further said it would be unwise to jump to any premature conclusions.

A report released by India's Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau pointed to fuel switches that flipped off during takeoff, depriving engines of power.

The preliminary report into the crash referred to a 2018 FAA advisory, which recommended that operators of several Boeing models inspect the locking feature of the fuel-cutoff switches. The report said Air India did not carry out the inspections.
