Lionel Messi extended his MLS-record streak of multigoal games as he scored twice in Inter Miami's win over Nashville.

Lionel Messi scored twice for the fifth successive MLS match as Inter Miami beat in-form Nashville 2-1. Messi stretched his league record for consecutive multi-goal games with an effort in each half as Miami ended their visitors’ 15-match unbeaten run.

Lionel Messi was once again involved with goals for Inter Miami in the MLS. Inter Miami defeated Nashville SC 2-1 at the Chase Stadium with two goals from the Argentine star. Messi scored a free-kick goal in the first half and then scored one of the easiest goals of his career.
