A local Level 2 sex offender has been arrested after allegedly recording a woman who was changing in a Target dressing room, according to officials. Mashpee man Gregory Mattos, 37, was charged in Wareham District Court with one count of photographing an unsuspecting nude person.

Police said the suspect is a registered sex offender in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and has been involved in similar incidents in the past, police said.

The trooper was working a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 90 west near Exit 51 shortly after 2:20 a.m. when the officer was struck.
