The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in obtaining video footage related to a double homicide that occurred Sunday

A suspect has been arrested and charged with two counts of open murder in a double homicide late Sunday on the Las Vegas Strip, officials said.

Las Vegas police have confirmed a double homicide took place on the Las Vegas Strip late in the evening of June 8. On Monday, the Las Vegas Metro Police Department said that Manuel Ruiz, 41, turned himself in at the Henderson Police Station and was charged for two counts of open murder with a deadly weapon.
