The 2022-2023 Raiders’ season stands as one of the most anticipated in franchise history with the fan base’s optimism perhaps running higher than at any other point over the past 20 years.

Now, the Raiders need to do what they can to best protect Smith in 2025. The team recently cut starting center Andre James and veterans Cody Whitehair and Andrus Peat are unsigned.

The NFL team’s annual Impact Playbook released Jan. 3 highlights several aspects of the Raiders’ community work, charitable contributions and ongoing relationships with former players.
