Today, the sheriff’s office spokesperson said 20-year-old Phoenix Ikner was initially taken to the Leon County Detention Facility on felony charges for the April 17 shooting on Florida State University campus. Following his booking, Ikner was transferred to the Wakulla County Detention Facility, where he will await his first appearance in court.
