Selvig, a 2007 graduate of Dawson County High School in Glendive, is in his fifth season as head coach at Dickinson State.

With the high school basketball postseason starting last weekend in district tournaments, Montana high school athletes are turning it up a notch this time of year.

The athletes were celebrated in a parade with the fire department where they drove through downtown and the local area schools.

Marcus Drange knew his close friend would be mad. “Yes, I 100 percent knew he’d be mad,” Drange confessed with a smile.
